JOHN PAUL KEITH & THE ONE FOUR FIVES have released their debut cd on Big Legal Mess Records - an imprint of the legendary Fat Possum label of Oxford, Miss. Just who the hell are these people? Well, John Paul Keith is a native of Knoxville, TN, who has moved around a lot and played in a lot of bands (The V-Roys, The Nevers, Ryan Adams' Pink Hearts, Stateside, Harlan T. Bobo, Jack Oblivian, and Jim Dickinson's garage rock project, Snake Eyes). Keith moved to Memphis a couple years ago and hooked up with Alvin Youngblood Hart's former rhythm section, bassist M. EDGAR STUART and drummer JOHN ARGROVES. Not content to embarrass just themselves, they soon recruited guitarist/producer/recording engineer KEVIN CUBBINS, along with pedal steel player JOHN WHITTEMORE (Jack Oblivian & The Tennessee Tearjerkers), and organist/piano man AL GAMBLE.
Special Thanx to Limburg for this great contribution

Great! Thanks for your blog.
No I have not DL'd this one, I have bought it, but... that is not the point here. The point is this; to anyone who hasn't heard this one DO DL NOW. And be in for a treat. This is like Rockpile coming alive re-vigorated AND sober!!!!!
Young, ballsy pub-rock-as-we-know-it.
Simply great!
