Though they found worldwide fame in 1969, Winnipeg's Guess Who had been scoring scads of hard-rockin' hits in Canada for years, beginning with 1965's ferocious rendition of 'Shakin' All Over.' Spurred by the unearthing of a bevy of vintage master tapes-and with the help of Guess Who guitarist Randy Bachman - the Sundazed label gathered 24 of The Guess Who's hardest-hitting, most awesome recordings from '63-'67. With many tracks in true stereo and a handful of cuts that haven't seen daylight for more than 30 years, Shakin' All Over! is the ultimate distillation of the seismic sound of the early Guess Who.

Their version of Shakin' All Over is the best.I remember the first time i heard this song come on the radio,and it kick my ass so much I could barely drive straight.Damn such a kick ass song that is.That guitar sound should be more popular than it is.Man what a great song.Everybody must get this collection just for the soul purpose of hearing that one tune.

I agree with Brandonio! ... their version of shakin' all over is even better than Johnny Kid and the Pirates' original.
Also this collection along with The Haunted, of 1-2-5 fame, is the ultimate canadian sixties garage.
